3) A new pen does not have ink. You need to add ink or buy an ink cartridge to write after receiving the goods.

4) Customized information, once confirmed, has been shipped and cannot be modified.

5) If you do not choose a font, we will use the default font.

6) If you have not left any customized information, we will send the pen without customization.

7) Please be sure to send a custom message within 30 minutes after placing the order. For example, when you send "Happy New Year", the pen will be engraved with "Happy New Year.

8) Currently, only 16 English fonts are supported, and other languages can only use default fonts.
